Purchases, devices, and refunds.

No. Status App is a paid application and must be purchased before it can be installed. It is on Google Play for Android today; the iOS version is still in development and is not yet on the App Store.

Purchases are tied to the account used on the store you bought from, and your rights to install and use the app are governed by that store's terms and policies.

Purchases are managed by the app store you bought from. Google Play generally allows you to install an app you have purchased on any Android device signed in to the same Google account, and the App Store works the same way for the iOS version once it ships.

Installation and usage rights are determined by the policies of the store you purchased from, and by the account used on the device.

No. Google Play and the Apple App Store are separate transactions and a purchase on one does not carry to the other. Status App is Android only today, so this will start to matter when the iOS version ships.

In most cases, you can reinstall the app using the same Google account that was used to purchase it — or the same Apple ID, once the iOS version ships — subject to the policies of that store.

Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to its refund policy, and by the Apple App Store once the iOS version ships. We do not directly process app store refunds.
